mywebsite.help provides tools to build websites, run online stores, accept payments through third-party providers, and register or connect domains. By creating an account you agree to these terms and our Acceptable Use Policy.
Your account
You're responsible for your account, your content, and the activity of people you invite to your business. Keep your password secure and tell us promptly about unauthorized access.
Your content and your customers
You own the content you publish. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and display it. You're responsible for your products, your prices, your policies, and your obligations to your customers, including taxes that apply to your sales.
Payments
Payments to your store are processed by your connected payment provider under their terms. Platform fees for your plan are shown before you upgrade and on your Payments page.
Plans and billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Billing; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Suspension
We may suspend sites that violate the Acceptable Use Policy or put others at risk, and will tell you why where we're legally able to.
